Responsibilities

• As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing and developing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Conducting behavioral interventions and assessments to promote positive behavioral change and skill development

• Collaborating with families, therapists, and supervisors to ensure seamless care and support

• Providing parent training and education to empower family members in supporting their child's growth and development

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA Therapy

Requirements

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification

• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
