St. David's Medical Center is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients in their homes. Working within our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will implement PT treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, educate patients and families, and document progress. You’ll collaborate closely with supervising Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary staff, ensuring safe, patient-centered care that supports mobility, independence, and optimal recovery in the home setting across the Austin community.
