At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor / Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics and distribution facility in North Aurora, IL. This role involves performing essential manual tasks to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Thursday 6:30 AM to 3 PM

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements

• Experience working in a warehouse environment

Role

• Manually load and unload freight, raw materials, and finished goods from trailers and containers
• Sort, stack, and secure items onto pallets using shrink wrap for safe transport
• Assist with basic assembly, ticketing, kitting, or rework tasks
• Move inventory throughout the facility using manual or electric pallet jacks
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to safety guidelines
