Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $82.45 - $89.25

This facility is seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts; Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM. No call.
• Patients per day: 30-50 patients.
• Practice Setting: Urgent Care (outpatient)
• Scope: Urgent Care; seeking an APP with Family Medicine or Internal Medicine background.
• State Licensure: Active Indiana license required; Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) required (or easily transferable). Board Certification required
• Credentialing timeframe: Start as soon as credentialed
