Responsibilities:

• Inspect, install, and tune aftermarket suspension components such as shocks, struts, springs, and control arms to improve vehicle handling, ride quality, and safety.
• Use diagnostic tools to assess suspension performance
• Ensure the suspension system operates smoothly and safely, improving vehicle performance and ride comfort.
• Document work performed
• Adhere to safety protocols
• Maintain a clean an organized work environment

Requirements:

• Vehicle suspension technician experience and a strong understanding of vehicle suspension systems, including shock absorbers, struts, and springs.
• Able to diagnose suspension issues
• Good communication skills and attention to details
• Able to read and comprehend instructions and information
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Dependable attendance
• Pass pre-employment background check, MVR and drug screen
