Nurse Manager Progressive Care

St. David’s Medical Center in Austin seeks a Nurse Manager for Progressive Care to lead a high-acuity PCU team. The Nurse Manager oversees daily operations, staffing, and patient flow; ensures quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; and supports evidence-based clinical practice. This role mentors and evaluates nurses, fosters a collaborative, patient-centered culture, and partners with physicians and leadership on performance improvement.
