Your New Role

• Work as a Residential HVAC Service Technician based in Richardson, Texas, serving homeowners throughout the DFW area

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems independently

• Handle residential HVAC service calls with accuracy and professionalism

• Help homeowners understand system issues by clearly communicating your findings and repair recommendations

• Complete HVAC repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards

• Keep your company vehicle, tools and work area clean and organized

• Participate in the rotating Saturday on call schedule

• Minimum of 1 year of direct residential HVAC Service Technician experience. 2 to 3 years preferred

• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems

• Experience managing residential HVAC service calls from initial diagnosis through completed repair

• EPA Certification required

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to understand and follow instructions, manufacturer documentation and technical materials

• Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to continue developing HVAC technical skills

• Dependable and self directed when learning and completing assigned work

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Willingness to participate in the rotating Saturday on call schedule

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and safely perform work at heights

• Interest in developing a long term career in the HVAC trade
