Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors and Technicians to achieve individual and team success.
- Foster a positive, productive, and accountable work environment.
- Manage daily shop operations, workflow, scheduling, and staffing to maintain an efficient service department.
- Oversee inventory, parts ordering, and vendor relationships to support daily operations.
- Build lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and resolving customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), shop performance, and operational goals.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining a customer-focused, integrity-driven approach to service recommendations.
- Represent AutoStream Car Care Center within the Annapolis community and support local customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of automotive management or service leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience using shop management software and operational reporting tools.
- Ability to manage workflow, budgets, and business performance metrics.
- Passion for the automotive industry and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
