Physical Therapy Assistant

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to provide in-home therapy services to adult and elderly patients. In this role, you’ll complete 15–25 weekly visits, carrying out treatment plans designed by a licensed Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, balance, and safety. Responsibilities include delivering hands-on therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, and patient/family education, while accurately documenting care. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-first culture that values flexibility, clinical excellence, and professional growth.
