Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, and accurately document patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, support patient and family education, and contribute to a positive, patient-centered culture focused on integrity, respect, and meaningful clinical outcomes in senior care.
