Overview:
Sentara Healthcare is seeking a Full Time/Day Shift Transplant Coordinator for our Kidney/Pancreas Transplant team at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Sign on bonus available for qualified candidate!
Shift: FT Days
Outpatient clinic is open Monday - Friday between 8am and 4:30pm.

What you will do:
  • Coordinate care with post-transplant patients.
  • Facilitates clinic flow, transplant evaluation, and patient care management.

Requirments:
  • ADN Required, BSN or higher preferred
  • RN VA or multi-state license in good standing
  • 2+ years of acute care experience, good medical - renal knowledge, and understands chronic disease
  • BLS required

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
