Full job description
While Operating an SUV (Non-CDL):
Safely transport students following assigned routes and schedules
Ensure student safety during pick-up, transit, and drop-off
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly vehicle interior
Communicate professionally with dispatch, school staff, and supervisors
Complete required trip documentation and incident reports
Learn and apply student transportation safety procedures and emergency protocols
Demonstrate steady progress toward licensure and professional development goals

Requirements:
Valid regular (Class D) driver’s license
Clean driving record and strong attendance
Commitment to completing training and obtaining Passenger (P) endorsement
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
Professional, reliable, and student-focused
Pay Rate:
$17.00/hr - Preservice Training (1 week)
$21.50/hr - Once endorsements are achieved
