Join our team as a night shift, full-time, Rapid Admission Unit Registered Nurse in Albuquerque, NM.

  • Lovelace Medical Center is an acute care hospital with 263 licensed beds, providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology and oncology services.
Responsibilities:
  • A ccording to nursing care standards, provides professional nursing care services to patients with a variety of diagnoses.
  • Has responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patients that could potentially result in a patient crisis situation .
  • S een as team leader during patient crisis situations.
  • During high acuity or crisis situations, may function as a staff RN in the ICU, ED or designated areas of need.
  • Assist with the admission and discharge processes and paperwork for optimal patient flow.
Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing
  • Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire)
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
  • ACLS, PALS

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • 1 years of experience
