We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Team Lead to join our Reliability Department. This key role is responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring our production equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently.

Pay: $36 – $38 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:

  • Lead, direct, and support maintenance team members during the afternoon shift.
  • Coordinate and assign preventative maintenance, scheduled repairs, and emergency response.
  • Train, mentor, and onboard new maintenance personnel.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely, effective resolutions.
  • Maintain compliance with HAACP, SQF, and GMP standards.
  • Inspect facility and equipment for proper function and safety compliance.
  • Assist with inventory management and upkeep of tools and equipment.
  • Complete and submit accurate documentation and maintenance logs.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required, associate’s degree from a technical school preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting; 5+ years preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage team dynamics effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, VFDs, and control safety circuits.
  • Experience with welding, machining, fabrication, HVAC, boilers, and ammonia systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and arc flash regulations.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working independently or within a team.
  • Experience with SAP or similar CMMS software is advantageous.
