What We‘re Looking For

Master‘s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current state licensure in good standing in Washington or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start. ASHA CCCs preferred. Valid Washington educator‘s license or eligibility for district-issued special education credentials. Experience working in K-12 school settings, including conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with school documentation and compliance with state and federal special education regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with district caseload management and progress monitoring systems. Experience serving students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs, including articulation, language disorders, fluency, and augmentative/alternative communication.

Assignment Details

Shift hours: . Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Position is school-based within Federal Way, WA school district settings. Floating between district schools may be required.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting. Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams. Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines. Contribute to positive student outcomes through evidence-based intervention and data-driven progress monitoring.
