Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
- Homecare Homebase
Assignment Details
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Travel locally as required
