Registered Nurse

Madison Center – WV seeks a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate psychiatric and behavioral health care for adults and children in inpatient and outpatient settings. The RN conducts comprehensive assessments, administers medications, monitors safety, and supports crisis intervention. Working within an interdisciplinary team, the nurse helps develop and implement individualized treatment plans, documents in the EHR, and educates patients and families.
