Mercy seeks a Supervisor-Rehab Services to lead inpatient and acute rehab teams delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role oversees daily rehab operations, staff scheduling, and workflow efficiency across multidisciplinary therapy services. The supervisor ensures compliance with clinical, regulatory, and safety standards while monitoring outcomes and driving quality improvement. Key duties include mentoring and evaluating therapists, supporting evidence-based practice, partnering with physicians and nurses on care plans, managing resources and equipment, and fostering Mercy’s culture of compassion, collaboration, and professional growth.
