Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Encompass Health seeks a Day Shift RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and complex medical illnesses. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, coordinate discharges, and support safe transitions of care.
