Physical Therapist

Proactive Physical Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based outpatient care within our collaborative Healthcare & Medical Services team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education to restore function and enhance quality of life. Partner with a skilled interdisciplinary team, engage in continuous learning, and contribute to an inclusive, patient-centered culture focused on mobility, recovery, and long-term wellness outcomes.
