Legacy Health is seeking an Employee Health professional to lead and support health and wellness programs for our diverse workforce across hospitals, clinics, and specialty centers in Portland and the broader Pacific Northwest. In this role, you will coordinate screenings, vaccinations, and health risk assessments; promote safe, compliant workplaces; and partner with leaders to reduce injuries and support return-to-work. You will educate employees on preventive care, manage confidential health data, and contribute to community-focused public health and wellness initiatives in a collaborative, patient-first culture.
