● Company Builder’s Resource Group
● Department Finance & Accounting

Who We Are
At Lifestyle Communities (LC), we take deliberate action every day to nurture a culture grounded in our purpose: to Build a Connection™. We are guided by our core values of Performance, Quality, Communication, Teamwork, and Leadership, and fueled by our commitment to excellence. At LC, you’ll find your “why,” your place to belong, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
The Team You Will Join
We count on accounting and finance to deliver far more than just the numbers. Lifestyle Communities’ (LC) Finance team helps us realize our goals and achieve our ambitions by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive value. Treasury sits at the center of that work, keeping cash moving accurately and securely across our communities, development projects, and corporate entities.
Who You Are
As the Treasury & Risk Manager, you will work directly with the Corporate Controller and CFO to own consolidated cash analysis, liquidity allocation, cash flow modeling, payment execution, construction draw administration, debt compliance, banking administration and corporate risk/insurance operations across Lifestyle Communities. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A and Operations leadership to ensure leadership has a clear, forward-looking view of our liquidity position and covenant compliance. This is a hands-on role. You will personally execute daily treasury operations while building the processes, controls and structure that will let the function grow, including future team members.
You possess a deep understanding of multi-entity business operations, cash cycles, and internal controls. As a Manager, you bring strong business judgment, foster cross-functional alignment between Finance, Accounting & Operations and drive continuous treasury process automation as LC expands.
The Difference You Will Make
- Owns the rolling entity-level cash forecasts, turning Finance’s longer-range projections into bi-weekly entity cash flow projections; monitors and reports daily net available cash and presents liquidity needs and funding gaps to the CFO and Corporate Controller.
- Serves as the primary liquidity gatekeeper for bi-weekly disbursement runs, working with Accounting, AP and Payroll leadership; performs final balance verification and decides on intercompany sweeps to prevent overdrafts or rejected payments.
- Owns daily wire and ACH execution in commercial bank portals under dual-control workflows, providing AP with immediate Fedwire confirmation details so payments are marked promptly in the ERP.
- Manages relationships with commercial banks and construction lenders and serves as primary lender contact for draw submissions; tracks draw proceeds, executes sweeps to operating and AP accounts, and notifies AP to release vendor payments.
- Manages debt and covenant compliance: calculates DSCR and leverage ratios, prepares Borrowing Base Certificates and compliance workpapers, maintains the master bank compliance calendar, and flags forecasted shortfalls early with recommended funding solutions.
- Manages consolidated cash allocations, intercompany sweeps, loan interest debits and capital contribution transfers across entities to ensure timely settlement and clean intercompany balances.
- Builds and documents the treasury function, including policies, procedures and internal controls; leads process improvements, API/banking integrations and cash management automation, and helps define future staffing needs.
- Oversees bank account administration, including KYC, resolutions, signature cards, portal user access, entitlements, security tokens and dual-control settings.
- Reviews daily Positive Pay and ACH exceptions to make pay or return decisions; audits monthly bank fee statements and negotiates pricing and services with banking partners.
- Leads fraud prevention and payment security, including vendor bank-change verification, payment controls and response to suspicious banking activity.
- Manages the corporate insurance program as primary contact for brokers, covering COI/EOP requests, policy endorsements, renewal exposure data, exposure audits and claims/loss-run tracking with third-party adjusters.
- Supports external audits and lender reviews related to cash, debt and banking.
- Completes other projects as directed and assigned by the Finance Leadership Team.
What You’ll Bring

● Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including cash forecasting and financial modeling; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

● Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, and handle pressure.
● Teamwork approach, with the ability to work effectively with other Lifestyle companies (especially Development, Construction, Home and Hospitality business units).
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
