Job Summary
Interventional Radiology Clinical (IR CL) specialist position located in Seattle, Washington. This role involves providing interventional radiology services in a facility setting, supporting procedures such as chemo delivery, biopsies, vascular interventions, and specialty imaging. The position requires collaboration within the interdisciplinary team and adherence to clinical protocols.
Job Details
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, dayshift hours from 0700 to 1730, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Certifications in ACLS and BLS; 1 year of experience in interventional radiology or related fields; valid licensure; experience with procedures including angiography, chemoembolization, liver biopsy, and vascular stent placement.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge nurse experience, experience with transcribed procedures, or in an outpatient and inpatient setting.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: Shift includes once weekly overnight call and every 5th or 6th weekend coverage. Familiarity with Pyxis medication systems and EPIC documentation system required. Procedures performed include biopsies, GI and GU interventions, pulmonary, vascular, and endovascular lab procedures. No bedside or device-specific experience is explicitly required but is preferred. References covering at least a 1-year period within the past 3 years are required for compliance.
