We are looking for reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our growing team in Somers, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking stable, full-time employment with a company that values hard work, teamwork, and quality.

Available Shifts

Weekday Shift

  • Monday-Thursday
  • 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Weekend Shift

  • Friday-Sunday
  • 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Assemble, package, and inspect products according to quality standards.
  • Follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the production process.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
