REGISTERED NURSE

Trios Health in Kennewick, WA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and ensure safe, evidence-based practices across inpatient and/or outpatient settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, educate patients and families, and document accurately in the EMR.
