Automotive Technician | $40–$57/Flagged Hr | No Weekends
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends
Pay Rate: $40–$57 per flagged hour
Pay Type: Flat Rate + Guaranteed Minimum Hours
Pay Schedule: Semi-Monthly
Earning Potential: $100,000–$165,000+ annually
Typical Flagged Hours: Approximately 40–50 per week

About Auto Safety Center
Auto Safety Center is seeking an experienced Automotive Diagnostic Technician in Menomonee Falls, WI, offering $40–$57 per flagged hour with guaranteed minimum hours. Approximately 60% of the workload is diagnostics, with major mechanical repairs mixed in, and technicians work Monday–Friday with no weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose electrical, drivability, and check-engine-light concerns
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and complex automotive diagnostics
- Complete engine replacements and major mechanical repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance and vehicle inspections
- Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
- Complete diagnostic and repair work independently while maintaining quality workmanship
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
- Strong electrical, drivability, and advanced diagnostic skills
- Experience with engine replacements and major mechanical repairs
- Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently
- Own professional automotive tools
- ASE Certifications preferred, not required
- Strong B-Level Technicians with advanced diagnostic skills are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
- $40–$57 per flagged hour
- Flat-rate compensation with guaranteed minimum hours
- Approximately 40–50 flagged hours per week
- $100,000–$165,000+ estimated annual earning potential
