Salary Range: $93,128.34 - 116,410.42

What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with operational leaders and corporate partners to strengthen the employee experience across the facility.
- Spend time where it matters most, on the floor, building relationships, listening to employees, understanding challenges, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct focus groups, gather feedback, and identify trends that impact engagement and retention.
- Turn employee feedback into practical solutions and action plans.
- Lead and support the Buddy Program and new hire onboarding experience.
- Facilitating weekly new hire orientation sessions.
- Delivering engaging classroom and instructor-led training for employees and leaders.
- Supporting the rollout of new programs, processes, policies, and operational initiatives.
- Tracking training completion and supporting ongoing employee development efforts.
- Adapting training schedules and delivery methods to meet the needs of a fast-paced, 24/7 operation.
What We’re Looking For in a Candidate
- 1-3 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, training, employee relations, operations support, or a related field.
- Experience using employee feedback, surveys, focus groups, or workforce data to improve retention and engagement.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to influence leaders and drive positive change.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
