Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate LPN/RN to provide primary care services to underserved patients in a faith-based, mission-driven clinic. Responsibilities include patient triage, assessments, immunizations, care coordination, health education, medication administration, and accurate documentation within an interdisciplinary team.
