Cardiothoracic Progressive Care Registered Nurse

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Cardiothoracic PCU Registered Nurse to deliver expert care to progressive care patients recovering from cardiothoracic procedures. In this mission-driven, patient-focused role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, manage complex cardiac and respiratory conditions, interpret telemetry, administer medications and infusions, and coordinate care with cardiologists, surgeons, and an interdisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and contribute to evidence-based practice, quality initiatives, and continuous learning within an inclusive, collaborative environment.
