Position Highlights

• Neuro-focused IPR at a non-profit hospital system (Atlanta GA)
• Open to new grads with an IPR rotation and experienced IPR clinicians
• Predominantly neuro caseload: stroke, TBI, SCI, amputee, multi-trauma
• Sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance, flight/hotel/car covered for interview
• PSLF eligible
• Sustainable load: 4-6 patients/day, 60-90 min sessions, ~6 contact hours/shift
• Advanced rehab tech (Litegate, Bioness, Core Balance), private rooms, 23 days PTO

About the Role
Nealy Pierce is working with a non-profit hospital system in the Atlanta area to hire a full-time PT for their Inpatient Rehab program. It's a permanent, hospital-based role centered on complex neurological rehabilitation in a modern, mentorship-driven environment led by senior IPR clinicians. You'll work on an interdisciplinary team of experienced PTs, OTs, and SLPs in a recently updated clinical setting with private rooms. The sign-on can be redirected to your loan provider, and the package includes annual merit increases, a weekend differential, and an employer-contributed retirement plan. Qualified candidates are flown in for on-site interviews with flight, hotel, and rental car covered.

Qualifications & Requirements

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program, active or pending state PT license
• New grads with a relevant IPR rotation and experienced IPR PTs welcome
• Acute care PTs with a relevant inpatient rotation also considered
• Strong communicator across staff, patients, and families
• Collaborative, servant-leader mindset
