Senior Staff Pharmacist

As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you’ll ensure safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of prescriptions while delivering exceptional patient care in a fast‑paced retail setting. You will verify orders, perform drug utilization reviews, provide medication counseling, and administer immunizations. You’ll lead and coach pharmacy technicians, maintain regulatory and controlled substance compliance, and optimize workflow and inventory. Collaborating with store leadership, you support health and wellness initiatives, uphold Walmart’s service standards, and contribute to a culture of inclusion, integrity, and continuous improvement.
