Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while working in a home health setting in Lancaster, OH.
Minimum Requirements
Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. (Minimum education requirement: Associates Degree.) Active Ohio Occupational Therapist license required prior to the start of the assignment. Minimum one year of home health Occupational Therapy experience required. Experience with HCHB documentation required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Client-preferred: Lymphedema therapy experience is helpful. Must be able to perform Start of Care, evaluations, recertifications, and treatment visits in a home health environment.
Assignment Details
Facility type: Home Health. Shift name: Days. Shift details: Days . Typical weekly hours: 40 (weekly guarantee indicated). Coverage areas: Fairfield, Perry, and Hocking counties. Mileage reimbursement between patient visits is provided. Dress code: Scrubs.

Visit historic downtown Lancaster and the Sherman House Museum, both within the city limits and a short drive to regional attractions. Drive approximately 20–30 minutes to Hocking Hills State Park for hiking, waterfalls, and rock formations, or access local river recreation on the Hocking River within a 10–15 minute commute from many neighborhoods. Enjoy a suburban lifestyle with local dining and community events, and reasonable commutes to Columbus, OH, located about 35–40 miles northwest for cultural venues and airport access.
