Pharmacy Manager

Walmart is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations in a high‑volume retail environment. In this role, you’ll oversee prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, immunizations, and medication therapy management while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. You’ll supervise and develop pharmacy staff, manage inventory and controlled substances, and drive accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Partner with store and health & wellness leadership to grow clinical services, support community health initiatives, and deliver excellent customer service in line with Walmart’s values of respect, service, excellence, and integrity.
