Registered Nurse (RN)

Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team. Position Details
📍 Grand Junction, Colorado
💲 Pay Range: $35.00 - $47.08 per hour DOE
💰 $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Hires
Full-Time Schedule
🕒 Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
⏰ 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
PRN Schedule
Flexible scheduling available based on facility needs.
PRN Commitment Requirements:
- Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per month
- At least 1 shift per month must be worked on a weekend
- Must maintain all required licensure, competencies, and mandatory training requirements
What You'll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and nursing standards.
- Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered.
- Coordinate resident care with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition.
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Qualifications
✔ Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) License
✔ Graduate of an accredited nursing program
✔ Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
✔ Skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care experience preferred
✔ Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
