What You'll Be Doing

• Perform maintenance and repairs on plant equipment to support safe and efficient operations.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Complete preventive maintenance activities to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
• Work closely with operations teams to maintain productivity and operational excellence.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety procedures.

What Are We Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and equipment documentation.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safe work practices.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $21.00 to $30.80 per hour
