The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Residential HVAC Service and Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll have the tools, training, and support you need to succeed—and opportunities to continue developing your skills and advance your career.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on heating and cooling equipment.
  • Accurately identify system issues and provide customers with clear, professional repair estimates.
  • Educate customers on HVAC systems, available solutions, maintenance, and replacement options.
  • Provide professional, respectful, and customer-focused service in every home.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, dispatch, management, and fellow team members.
  • Mentor and support junior technicians by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Follow all applicable local codes, regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, occasional overtime, and weekend coverage as needed.
  • Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
  • EPA Certification or willingness to obtain certification immediately.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; recent DMV record required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and in outdoor environments.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and stay current with evolving HVAC technology and industry practices.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
