Registered Nurse Med/Psych Unit

Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Med/Psych Unit. In this role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adult patients with both medical and behavioral health needs. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, care planning, and close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You will monitor vital signs and mental status, ensure safety through de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques, and educate patients and families.
