Full job description
Career paths start at $18.50 (includes $0.50 onsite differential)/hr with 40 hour work weeks.
This role is on-site at our Tucson facility. Please apply only if you are able to work in person at our Tucson location.

This onsite position at our Escalante and Pantano delivers technical support and customer service for telecommunications customers, providing resolution for inquiries and issues related to cable television, internet, and home phone devices while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role emphasizes first-call resolution, revenue generation through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, adherence to quality standards, and continuous learning to support evolving products, services, and customer needs. What do we expect from you as part of this team?
You will deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers as well as utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with both empathy and efficiency. Those calls will require processing of orders, updating accounts, updating records, effective multitasking, and strong attention to detail.
