• ASA 1 - 5 patients, primarily ASA 2 - 4
• Pediatric level I trauma -- very busy NICU and PICU
• High acuity cases -- general surgery, ortho, neuro, spine, transplant
• Required blocks -- caudal, interscalene, adductor canal, ESP, arterial lines
• Sedation cases -- IR, EP lab, MRI, endoscopy
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
