Behavioral Medicine Psychologist ED/Hospital Consult

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Behavioral Medicine Psychologist for ED and hospital consult services. In this role, you will provide rapid psychological assessment, crisis intervention, and brief evidence-based treatment for medically complex and behavioral health patients. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and social workers to design integrated care plans, support discharge and follow-up recommendations, and improve patient outcomes. You’ll also contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold the highest ethical and regulatory standards in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
