DENTAL OFFICE MANAGER

Private Dental Practice | York County, PA

A well-established private dental practice is in search for an experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and business operations of the practice.

We are looking for a dependable, organized, professional leader who can take ownership of the front-office operations while creating a positive, efficient experience for both patients and staff.

Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the dental practice
  • Lead, support, and hold front-office team members accountable
  • Manage scheduling, patient flow, and appointment efficiency
  • Oversee insurance verification, billing, collections, and accounts receivable
  • Monitor practice production, collections, and other key business metrics
  • Maintain efficient office systems and procedures
  • Handle patient concerns professionally and appropriately
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, time-off requests, and coverage
  • Assist with hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are consistently followed
  • Work closely with the dentist/owner on practice operations and business decisions
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented office environment
  • Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient experience, and practice profitability
  • Ensure compliance with applicable dental office regulations and standards

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous dental office management experience
  • Strong knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance, billing, and collections
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
