Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1650 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

There is no shift differential for AM/PM.

Special Requests: Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Unit Details: Typical procedures include telemetry monitoring and wound care. Uses Baxter IV pumps, SCD machines, glucometer, Mobilab, and Welch Allyn.

Shift & Scheduling: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule required for full time; no call required.

Floating Requirements: Floats to other med/surg telemetry units and the ED for inpatient hold patients.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
