We are a family-owned and operated hospitality company started in St Louis. We operate several hospitality-related properties and attractions. This role supports a cluster of our hotel properties. We are seeking a strong leader who can take care of our guests and all of our stakeholders. Our compensation package is generous and includes a substantial achievable bonus pool. Director of Catering Responsibilities

-Proficiency with sales and catering systems (e.g., Delphi/FDC Salesforce, or similar CRM/catering platforms).

-Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to represent the brand externally with corporate and community partners.

-Extensive knowledge of food and beverage products, proper preparation and presentation of food and beverage items.

-Ability to assess/evaluate associates’ performance fairly.
