Record Center Specialist 1

Our client, an industry leader in document management and storage solutions, is seeking a Record Center Specialist 1 to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist 1, you will be part of the operations support team, assisting in the physical handling and processing of storage materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technician/Warehouse

Location: Northborough, MA

Pay Range: $17.00 to $22.00 upon experience

Shift: 07:00:AM - 03:30:PM

What's the Job?

• Process orders and move boxes of files, books, and backup tapes data entry
• Manually lift, carry, and load storage boxes ranging from 10 to over 100 lbs
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Ensure proper storage and organization of materials in the facility
• Maintain safety standards and use protective footwear as required

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and moving heavy boxes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills in English
• Previous experience in a warehouse or storage environment is a plus but not required
