is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our primary care team at Banner Health Center plus in Glendale, AZ. This is an opportunity to work with a collaborative, integrated team in a modern health center serving the growing West Valley community

where youll provide full-lifespan primary care alongside specialists, imaging, and pharmacy all under one roof.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of post-training experience in primary care or a similar setting required
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) required
Current Arizona NP License or ability to obtain prior to start date
Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances
CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications required
Experience with Epic Electronic Health Record preferred

$120,000 - $145,000 base salary plus wRVU incentives
$5,000 Sign-on Bonus
