Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Oklahoma physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Previous experience with geriatric rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and mobility training preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with restorative nursing programs and care plan development preferred.
  • Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
