Acute Care Physical Therapist | Hospital-Based | $5K Sign-On + PSLF
Position Highlights
- 100% acute care at a non-profit, trauma-certified hospital
- Open to new grads, training provided for those new to acute

- $5,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation bonus and tuition loan reimbursement

- M-F schedule, 4 weeks PTO + 1 week sick time

About the Role
Join a collaborative, high-performing acute care team of 10 PTs, 7 OTs, and 5 SLPs within a department of 50+ full-time therapists. This is a 100% acute care role with daily variety across the ICU, Stroke Unit, Post-Surgical Unit, Oncology Floor, and more. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, hospital-based environment with strong mentorship and professional development support, including comprehensive onboarding for therapists new to acute care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- New grads and experienced therapists welcome
- Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture of care
- Excellent communicator across all levels of staff and patients
- Collaborative, servant-leader mindset
- H-1B visa sponsorship not available
