Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2020 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Meditech is preferred.

• 12 months of acute care experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - IV insertion.

Special Requests: - Open to weekend block scheduling.

Unit Details: - Uses Omnicell for medication dispensing. - Patient population serves all ages.

Shift & Scheduling: - Flexible contract hours: 48 per week may be accommodated. - Every other weekend/as needed. - On-call as needed.

Floating Requirements: - As needed, with possibility of floating to similar Med/Surg units.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
