We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a PRN Physical Therapist for weekend coverage.

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
  • Review physician referrals and medical records to determine appropriate therapy
  • Deliver direct patient care following established protocols and best‑practice guidelines
  • Document evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries in a timely manner
  • Oversee care provided by PT assistants and rehab technicians
  • Establish goals and implement comprehensive physical therapy programs to achieve them
  • Communicate clearly with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance representatives
  • Complete required reporting, including workers’ compensation updates and incident documentation

  • Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. 
  • Current or upcoming Physical Therapy state of MI license and CPR certification
  • Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
  • Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office,
