Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts and uphold the highest standards across our manufacturing facility. This role will drive quality performance across the plant, acting as the key point of contact for customer and supplier quality matters and leading continuous improvement efforts throughout production processes.

Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within an automotive environment.
- Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3 and core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC). IATF internal auditor, and core tools training certificates are required.
- Strong knowledge of SAP.
- Proven experience leading internal and external audits, including customer and certification body audits.
- Hands-on experience with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Experience in an international company is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across production, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- A reliable and personable team player who can work independently or within a team environment.

- Highly organized, responsible, and disciplined, with a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality-related software tools (e.g., SPC or QMS platforms).
